All our rooms are in 2012 completely newly renovated. They are all equiped with a cosy comfortable boxspring mattress a little seating area and a modern bathroom with rainshower. In the whole house smoking is not allowed.

Important information
- Weekend surcharge of €5.00 per night for single rooms on Friday and Saturday nights.
- Prices and cancellation policies for long weekends with holidays, carnival, and Formula 1 are available on request and require a minimum stay of 2 nights. Prices for advent weekends and the period between Christmas and New Year's may differ, please contact us for accurate prices.
- Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per night for tourists aged 12 years and above.
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check-out: from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival.
- A minimum stay of 2 nights applies to weekends from May to September.
